PHILIPPINE EAGLE AND NATURE PARKS

The Philippine Eagle Research and Nature Center is the sanctuary where the majestic and the rare endangered species such as the Philippine Eagle (Pithecophaga Jeffreyi) can be sighted and breed by the government. From the downtown area, a 45 minutes to 1 hour travel south the Philippine Eagle and Nature Park is located in Malagos, Calinan. It has museum inside the park where it parade with displays of preserved eagles and some trivia and history of the Philippine Eagles. You may roam inside the forest like park and satisfy your eyes with rare animals that can be found in the Philippines.

CROCODILE PARK

The home of famous crocodile named “Pangil” is said to be the biggest that were ever captured in the Philippines. The park has large collection of crocodiles and showcases their breeding in their laboratory. This is a good place to visit with your family and friends and get the chance to touch their friendly phyton and uranggutan. A large population of exotic animals can be found in the park and also hosts recreational and ecotourism sites such as Butterfly enclosure, Koi Pond and other fish nurseries, flower orchards, hatcheries, new raptor cages, huts and restaurants, perfect for a family’s one day.

EDEN Nature Park.

An hour travel away from the downtown area Eden Nature Park is Located in Bayabas, Toril. At 3,000 feet above sea level endure the cool breeze of this mountain resort. Stay for overnight in their cabins and cottages or enjoy their amenities such as trekking, or catch a fish in their pond and get the chance to eat it, tour the park by shuttle bus and gratify your eyes with their large collection of pine trees, flowers and rare orchids. This is the best place for you to relax and to be one with nature.
